Services Selection Board, popularly referred to as ‘SSB Interview’, is a Personality and Intelligence Assessment conducted specifically to analyze the potential and compatibility of candidates for commission into the Armed Forces of India as officers. The interview process, which consists of a series of scientific and time tested psychological testing techniques, is usually spread over a span of five days. Some of the facilities provided at our SSB coaching centre in Lucknow include over 15 Command Tasks, numerous Group Tasks (PGTs, HGTs and FGTs), all Individual Obstacles and Group Obstacles (Snake Race).Indoor facilities include air conditioned seminar halls and classrooms where all types of tests and mock interviews are conducted.

For holistic development, Personality Development Programme is dove tailed into the SSB training. In addition, we have a state of the art PABT(Pilot Aptitude and Battery Test) Simulator with a Fighter pilot as trainer, for candidates appearing for flying branch of Army ,Navy and Air Force.

Stage 1

(Day 1) – Screening Test

Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT)–Only For Air Force

Part 1:- Instrument Reading Test(Written Test)
Part 2:- Machine Test on computers

Note: Candidates qualifying Stage 1 will continue to undergo Stage II others will be returned on this day.

Stage 2

(Day 2) – Psychological Test

Word Association Test (WAT)
Thematic Apperception Test (TAT)
Situation Reaction Test (SRT)

(Day 3) – Group Testing Officer’s (GTO) tests & Interviews of candidates:-

Public speaking (Lecture)

Day 4 : Group Testing Officer – Tests & interviews of candidates

Day 5 : Conference and declaration of results

Methodology

Program & Duration Of CDS Coaching
Classes last for full one month. No holidays are observed but it is a whole day course. Timings: Morning 8 am to 12 noon & Evening 3:30 pm to 7 pm Weekly Tests, Notes issued, Experienced and motivated staff, Full syllabus covered, Sunday also working days, You would enjoy yourself by learning.
